I was born in Northeast iowa and had always intended on returning here to practice. I went to medical school in Iowa and did my emergency medicine residency in Louisiana. Taking care of the people of our community has always been what has driven me to do better. Outside the doors of the emergency department, I enjoy golf, traveling, working in my courtyard, and my friends and family.
