I grew up in Cedar Rapids so have a lot of ties to this area. I moved away for school and training for multiple years but eventually moved back home to be closer to family. I chose emergency medicine because i enjoy being able to take care of all types of patients. Aside from practicing emergency medicine, I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and spending time with my wife and 4 children.
